7τ̣ιφίλο Ἁλιμούσιος εἶπεν· περὶ ὧν Διοσκορ–

9ν ἐν τεῖ βουλῆι, ἐψηφίσθαι τῆι βολῆι τοὺς π–
10ροέδρους, οἳ ἂν λάχωσι προεδρεύειν εἰς τὴν
11πρώτην ἐκκλησίαν προσαγαγεῖν αὐτὸν πρὸ–
12ς τὸν δῆμον καὶ χρηματίσαι, γνώμην δὲ ξυ–

23[Δι]οπείθους Σφήττιος εἶπεν· περὶ ὧν ἔδοξ–
24εν τῶι δήμωι Διοσκουρίδης ἔννομα ἱκετε–
25ύειν, ὅπως ἂν ὁ δῆμος ὁ Ἀθηναίων [τ]ιμᾶι τ–
26οὺς εὐεργέτας καὶ ἐπιμελῆται τῶν ἀεὶ δε–
27ομένων φ̣ίλων τῆς πόλεως, ἐψηφίσθαι τ–
28ῶι δήμωι τὰ μὲν ἄλλα καθάπερ τῆι βουλ–
29ῆι, εἶναι δὲ Διοσκουρίδει καὶ Χαρμῆι καὶ
30[Ἀ]ναξιπόλιδι τοῖς Διονυσοδώρου τοῦ

7S.d. Antiphilos aus dem Demos Halimous stellte den Antrag: Worüber Diosko-
8rides aus Abdera ein Gesuch einbrachte im Rat und dies als berechtigt
9anerkannt wurde, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die
10Vorsitzenden, die ausgelost werden zum Vorsitz bei der
11ersten Volksversammlung, ihn einführen vor
12das Volk und verhandeln lassen und die
13Beschlussvorlage des Rates im Volk einbringen, wonach
14der Rat beschließt, dass, da Wohltäter des Volkes
15der Athener waren Dioskourides und seine
16Brüder Charmes and Anaxipolis, die Söhne des Dio-
17nysodoros aus Abdera, sich ihrer annehmen
18der Rat und die Generäle und die
19Archonten in den Städten der
20Athener, damit ihnen kein Unrecht geschieht; dass man
21belobige Dioskourides und ihn zum Festbankett lade
22ins Prytaneion für morgen. – 
II
22                        Diopeithes
23S.d. Diopeithes aus dem Demos Sphettos stellte den Antrag: Worüber
24Dioskorides aus Abdera ein Gesuch einbrachte im Volk und dies als berechtigt
25anerkannt wurde – damit das Volk der Athener ehrt
26die Wohltäter und sich annimmt der Freunde der
27Stadt, wann immer es nötig ist, wolle beschließen
28das Volk: das andere, wie der Rat (beantragt hat);
29dass Dioskourides und Charmes und
30Anaxipolis, den Söhnen des Dionysodoros aus
31Abdera, und ihren Nachkommen
32zu wohnen erlaubt sei in Athen, bis sie zurückkehren
33in ihre eigene (Stadt); dass sie die Sondersteuern

3In the archonship of Archias (346/5), in the
4ninth, of Akamantis, for which Kephisodoros son of Athenophanes
5of Phlya was secretary. Of the presiding committee
6Protias of Acharnai was putting to the vote. Euboulides
7son of Antiphilos of Halimous proposed: concerning those things
8for which Dioskourides of Abdera is deemed to have made legal supplication
9in the Council, the Council shall resolve: that the
10presiding committe allotted to preside in the
11next Assembly shall introduce him
12to the People and put the matter on the agenda and submit
13the opinion of the Council to the People that
14it seems good to the Council, since
15Dioskourides and his brothers,
16Charmes and Anaxipolis
17the sons of Dionysodoros of Abdera, were benefactors of the Athenian People,
18the Council and the generals
19and the archons in the cities
20of the Athenians shall take care of them so that they come to no harm;
21and to praise Dioskourides and invite him to hospitality
22in the city hall tomorrow. 
II
22                Diopeithes
23son of Diopeithes of Sphettos proposed: concerning those things
24for which Dioskourides is deemed to have made legal supplication to the People,
25in order that the Athenian People may honour
26its benefactors and take care of
27friends of the city in need at any time,
28the People shall resolve: in other respects as proposed by the Council,
29but Dioskourides and Charmes and
30Anaxipolis, the children of Dionysodoros
31of Abdera, shall be permitted
32to live at Athens until they return
33to their own city; and they shall pay
